  RAVING CLIENT!!!!
  My A/C unit broke down about a week ago, that lead to a challenging, frustrating and confusing process. All I was looking for was honesty, reasonable price, and good warranty. After getting quotes from a half dozen companies, I was just about to give up and choose any company. I made an appointment with Griffin Home Service and this turned out to be the best decision. I met with Shane who provided information on differences between old and new A/C technology. I was so impressed with his knowledge but even more with his honesty and down to earth person. They had exactly what I was looking for, Honesty, reasonable price, and warranty. They even came by on a SUNDAY! To provide us with a portable a/c unit to use until the new units were installed. With the 90+ heat, I was so impressed. Mike and Jordan are true professionals, customer oriented and honest. It was just amazing. They turned a frustrating process into one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I would without a doubt recommend Griffin Home Service to anyone who is considering changing their a/c unit.

  Griffin Services was without a doubt the best and most professional company I've ever did business with in New York and Florida.
  Starting with the salesman Sean, he was most thorough and knowledgeable and honed in on servicing my needs. l was shown many options and told how they work and how there efficiency is achieved. After an hour or so I was convinced that their best unit was for me. Because my home is over thirty years old I went for the duct cleaning and they repaired any problems with the dust work.
  All the technicians were super nice friendly and excellent at their jobs.
  Mike, the equipment installer was neat thorough and experienced. After the installation of both in and out units without making a mess the unit worked smoothly when he set that thermostat and still is.
  Then there's Joe who was responsible for cleaning the ducts. You would think that's a dirty job but he managed to get it done without any sign that he was there when he finished. Everyone that worked with me on this system was helpful and they all were challenged with making this system as good as it could be. That's some of the reasons I would strongly recommend Griffin Services to everyone in need of a new air system.
