  Walked in and nobody was at front desk- nobody to check in, absolutely nothing except two nurses chatting in back. Waited at least 10 min- absolutely nothing. Self check in machine was broken. We were waiting to wait here and left. Save yourself time, money and go to the Care spot on San Jose!

  I took my wife in the day before Thanksgiving with a dislocated shoulder from a fall. Mark, the charge nurse immediately came out to our car and helped her into a wheelchair and into the building. She was in a lot of pain. Everyone was very nice and professional. They managed her pain quickly, took X-rays,
  explained everything thoroughly, super efficient. Dr. Gyarmathy and Kristina were great. Kristina helped my wife later in the day with follow up scheduling an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. My wife works in health care and she was very pleased and impressed with this facility and the staff. It is more expensive because it is a true Emergency Room just like those located at the hospital, but it was worth it!
